Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reset Merchandiser to maintain and enhance product displays in retail environments. You will execute planogram-driven resets, coordinate with store personnel, and ensure displays meet company standards to drive sales.

This role offers daytime shifts Mon-Fri, no nights or weekends, competitive pay of $14.00–$15.00 per hour, and benefits such as 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store merchandising preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth execution of resets.
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and replenishment.
• Assist customers and answer questions to improve the shopping experience.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
