No experience required with opportunities for advancement. This role is on-site in Tennessee, with a typical Mon-Fri schedule and benefits including paid time off after one year and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure smooth resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Communicate merchandising needs to team and store personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and request replenishment as needed.
