P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Reset Merchandiser to maintain and enhance product displays in retail environments.

The role blends inventory management, customer service, and merchandising to meet company standards and boost sales. You will execute resets per planograms, collaborate with store staff, and use RF scanners to track stock. This in-person position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and merchandising principles is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using cash registers or RF scanners is advantageous.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product resets per planograms and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management to ensure smooth resets.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during resets.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
