Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Reset Merchandiser in Florence, AL to support grocery retailers. You’ll receive online paid training and work independently or with a team to drive shelf presence and execute resets. The role emphasizes strong store relationships and timely execution.

Requirements include 18+ years old, availability Mon–Thu starting at 7 am, reliable transportation, internet access, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. Previous planogram experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available Monday – Thursday, starting at 7 am. Occasionally on Fridays as needed.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a day.
• Must have access to a smart device and the internet.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 60lbs.
• Experience with planograms and resets is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gaining shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• New item cut-ins and resets.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and associates.
