Bilingual in English and Chinese Language is preferred.

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Works collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Engaging proactively with customers and prospects to assess needs and grow loyalty.
2. Recommending tailored financial solutions across banking channels, including investments and lending.
3. Promoting digital and self-serve banking options.
4. Supporting customer transactions and building community relationships.
5. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, including risk management and credit recommendations.
6. Participating as a collaborative team member and contributing to branch success.
7. Maintaining current knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory environment.
8. Reporting suspicious activities and protecting assets.
9. Handling escalations and complex tasks within regulatory and policy limits.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant licensing and qualifications for lending and investment sales.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services and consultative sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple branches and shifts.

Salary: $50,100.00 - $80,400.00

Pay Type: Salaried, with potential performance incentives and benefits.
