Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage proactively with existing customers and prospects, providing needs-based assessments to foster loyalty and identify opportunities.
2. Assist customers in completing assessments, recommending tailored banking solutions across various products and channels.
3. Promote digital and self-serve banking options to simplify customer interactions.
4. Support customer transactions and develop new relationships within the community.
5. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during credit and lending processes.
6. Make credit recommendations aligned with sound principles and bank policies.
7. Contribute to team efforts and improve the overall branch customer experience.
8. Follow risk management, legal, and ethical standards to protect assets and customer information.
9. Maintain current knowledge of banking products, market trends, and regulatory environment.
10. Report suspicious activities related to money laundering.
11. Complete tasks within established rules, including handling escalations and analyzing issues.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree preferred.
• Financial services experience and appropriate lending or investment qualifications.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Proficiency with social media, digital tools, and customer service technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to different roles and schedules.

Compensation:

Salary ranges from $45,900 to $73,700, with potential performance incentives and benefits detailed on the BMO careers page.
