Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identify customer needs and provide advice on financial solutions that serve their best interests. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to enhance the customer experience and meet business goals.

Note: U.S. Only: This role involves acting as an originator of consumer loans, requiring registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, and compliance with relevant regulations and background checks.

1. Proactively engage with customers and prospects to assess needs, grow loyalty, and identify opportunities.
2. Conduct needs assessments, recommend tailored financial solutions, and promote digital banking options.
3. Support customer transactions and build new relationships through community outreach.
4. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and apply risk management principles to protect assets.
5. Make credit recommendations for personal lending, including home financing, adhering to sound credit principles.
6. Collaborate effectively within the team and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
7. Follow risk and compliance policies to safeguard customer assets and privacy.

Qualifications:

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Registration to sell investment products (Canada only), appropriate lending qualifications, and knowledge of retail banking solutions.
• Experience in financial services, proficiency with digital tools, and a customer-focused sales approach.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: $41,715.00 - $67,000.00 | Pay Type: Salaried
