Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. Works collaboratively within the branch and with BMO partners to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

1. Proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects to assess needs, grow loyalty, and identify opportunities.
2. Conducting needs assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions, including banking, investments, and lending products.
3. Advising clients on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance convenience.
4. Supporting customer transactions and building new relationships within the community.
5. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies in all lending and customer interactions.
6. Making credit recommendations aligned with sound principles and bank policies.
7. Collaborating effectively within the branch team and across departments.
8. Maintaining current knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Relevant licensing and qualifications for lending and investment sales.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: $41,715.00 - $67,000.00 annually, salary plus potential incentives and benefits.
