Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions. Collaborate within the branch and with BMO partners to enhance customer experience and meet business goals.

Note: This position involves acting as an originator of consumer loans, requiring registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, and compliance with relevant regulations and background checks.

1. Engage proactively with customers and prospects to assess needs, grow loyalty, and identify opportunities.
2. Assess customer needs for financial solutions and recommend tailored banking, investment, and lending products.
3. Advise clients on digital banking options to enhance convenience.
4. Support customer transactions and address inquiries efficiently.
5. Build new relationships within the community through outreach and appointments.
6. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies during credit assessments and application processes.
7. Apply risk management principles to protect assets and maintain portfolio quality.
8. Make credit recommendations for personal and home financing in line with policies.
9. Contribute as a collaborative team member within the branch and market.
10. Understand customer needs for banking and credit cards, integrating marketing strategies into conversations.

Qualifications:

• Financial services experience is advantageous.
• Proficient with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Experience in customer service or sales with a focus on personalized service.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Salary: $41,715.00 - $67,000.00
