Job summary

City Facilities Management (US) LLC seeks a skilled refrigeration and HVAC technician to service supermarket racks, walk-ins and related equipment across retail locations in Florida. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair compressors, pumps and controls, and maintain safety and product integrity in store environments.

The role requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or equivalent, EPA refrigerant handling certification, and journeyman level experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman qualification in refrigeration and HVAC or equivalent experience.
• EPA certified for refrigerant handling (class I & II or universal).
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC for a group of retail locations.
• Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and plan repairs.
• Communicate maintenance activities with Site Management.
• Perform preventive maintenance checks in a timely manner.
• Assist with after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Complete inventories and document refrigerant usage.
