A top-tier recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Licensed Technician in Fort Myers to maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across retail locations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial refrigeration and hold an EPA license. This position offers a competitive salary of $50k-90k/year along with comprehensive health benefits and generous PTO.

Formación

• Location: Fort Mayers(Candidates within a 50-mile radius of open locations will be considered)
• Pay Range: ($50k-90k/Year)
• Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment. Preference given to candidates with experience in the supermarket industry
• License Required: EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal

• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for a group of retail locations
• Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
• Establish effective communication with Site Management to ensure they are informed of all ongoing maintenance activities
• Liaise with Site Management to ensure effective communication of planned maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Provide timely job updates
• Proactively check for and repair refrigerant leaks
• Maintain all assigned assets to the highest standards
• Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks as assigned
• Monitor and log refrigerant usage within assigned stores
• Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms
• Communicate with retail store personnel as needed to maintain product integrity
• Participate in the company's after-hours emergency call program
• Assist with troubleshooting problems
• Complete equipment inventories as assigned
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Act in accordance with all company policies & procedures
