A leading facilities management provider is seeking an HVAC/R Licensed Technician in Mobile, AL. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment, preferably in the supermarket industry. Responsibilities include maintaining refrigeration and HVAC systems, communicating effectively with site management, and participating in after-hours emergencies. The role offers a salary ranging from $50k to $90k per year and comprehensive benefits.

• Location: Orange Park, FL, (Candidates within a 50-mile radius of open locations will be considered)
• Pay Range: ($50k-90k/Year)
• Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial refrigeration equipment. Preference given to candidates with experience in the supermarket industry
• License Required: EPA Type I & II or EPA Universal

• Maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems for a group of retail locations
• Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
• Establish effective communication with Site Management to ensure they are informed of all ongoing maintenance activities
• Liaise with Site Management to ensure effective communication of planned maintenance activities and diagnose equipment malfunctions
• Provide timely job updates
• Proactively check for and repair refrigerant leaks
• Maintain all assigned assets to the highest standards
• Perform refrigeration/HVAC preventive maintenance checks as assigned
• Monitor and log refrigerant usage within assigned stores
• Maintain clean and safe conditions in machine and electrical rooms
• Communicate with retail store personnel as needed to maintain product integrity
• Participate in the company's after-hours emergency call program
• Assist with troubleshooting problems
• Complete equipment inventories as assigned
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
