Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. is seeking a Recover Clerk to assist customers, greet shoppers, monitor activity for loss prevention, and merchandise hard goods, accessories, and clothing racks.

Under the direction of the Team Leader, you will provide exemplary service, ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and maintained, and help keep the store appearance clean and welcoming. Qualifications

• Ability to adhere to the organization’s Core Principles.
• Knowledge of textile articles related to quality and garment classification.
• Knowledge of retail and/or stock handling.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers with the selection of merchandise.
• Examine the sales floor to ensure merchandise is well‑stocked, well‑maintained, and properly sized.
• Assist in maintaining the store appearance.
• Keep the sales floor area clean and safe and other store areas as directed.
• Maintain a well‑groomed appearance and appropriate dress code including name badge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Team Lead or Production Team Leader.
