  • Collaborate with team members to optimize recovery operations and improve inventory management.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers, addressing inquiries and facilitating smooth donation transactions.
  • Support the organization’s goals by actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations and mission.

Job Purpose

- The Recovery Clerk at GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF DALLAS INC plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's mission of providing job training and employment opportunities to individuals facing barriers to employment. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the efficient recovery of donated goods, maintaining the quality and organization of inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the charitable operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage the recovery process of donated goods, ensuring items are sorted, processed, and prepared for sale in a timely manner.

  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment, including the sorting area and storage facilities, to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications
