Your role involves training peers, maintaining tagging and organization, and collaborating with management to achieve store goals. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected.

Qualificações

• 1 year retail experience minimum.
• 6 months of leadership experience minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure items are properly tagged, hung, and organized on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store flow and cleanliness.
