TJX Companies’ Sierra Store in Pittsburgh is hiring a Store Associate to execute receiving, merchandising, and customer service standards. You’ll help ensure efficient processing, maintain a clean, organized store, and model outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail with 6 months in a leadership capacity, plus strong communication, multitasking, and team collaboration skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures efficient processing by Associates.
• Delivers excellent customer experience through engagement and a tidy store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
