Job summary

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Promote safety, recycling, and waste programs.
• Communicate priorities to management and provide progress updates.
• Support store shrink reduction goals.
