Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience (phone and in-person canvassing).
• Licensed Real Estate practitioner with the State of WA.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the Retail sector through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
• Be solutions oriented and create new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales and Equity placement teams across product lines.
• Maintain company databases to track prospects and opportunities.
• Attend local business events and client meetings to learn the market.
