Job summary

Walmart in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair refrigeration HVAC equipment across facilities. You will utilize commercial HVAC skills, hand tools, power tools, and digital systems to complete jobs and document activity in the work order system.

Minimum qualifications include an HVAC/R certification, 2 years’ experience, EPA Type I/II or universal certification, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean MVR record.
• 18+ with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using hand, power and digital tools.
• Receive and document repair work orders; assist stores and associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Diagnose issues by inspecting and testing facilities and equipment.
• Follow safety and EPA guidelines for refrigerants and equipment.
