Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems at our local Walmart stores. This role requires 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance and EPA certification, plus a valid driver's license.

You will use hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete repairs, document activities in the work order system, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using HVAC skills and tools.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders via the work order management system.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues and ensure proper operation.
• Complete training to operate equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights as required.
