Job summary

Responsibilities

• Purchase order management; support buyer in entry of new purchase orders.
• Manage re-order process and enter purchase orders accurately.
• Ensure timely delivery of new products and re-orders.
• Link/de-link items on basic stock; perform style maintenance and price changes.
• Maintain vendor communications and uphold vendor compliance standards.
• Respond to vendor requests and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Distribute and enforce vendor compliance standards.
• Assist buyer in development and communication of product knowledge seminars from vendors.
• Coordinate vendor training, events, and appearances to drive revenue.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as revenue, margins, inventory and expenses.
