Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Procurement Analyst to be based at our Las Vegas, NV or Atlantic City, NJ offices (Hybrid). The role analyzes supplier spend, ensures policy compliance, and supports cross-functional procurement initiatives to drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities include developing spend reports, monitoring policy adherence by location and supplier, and collaborating with senior leadership to improve efficiency and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficient with modern purchasing systems.
• 2+ years in IT application support or procurement/supply chain.
• Knowledge of spend management, procurement, sourcing and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze supplier spend compliant with Procurement Policy across all Procurement Platforms.
• Create and maintain Procurement reports for spend analysis from multiple data sources.
• Monitor and evaluate Procurement Policy compliance by location, supplier and spend.
• Lead or facilitate meetings to discuss performance analysis and policy recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on Procurement processes and strategies.
• Assist in advisory services to improve efficiency and best practices in Procurement.
• Assist in resolving technical/process issues for Procurement teams.
• Develop communication strategies for Policy updates and program announcements.
• Support ad hoc special projects with cross-functional collaboration.
