Citizens Bank is seeking a Project Manager for the Retail Network Transformation (RNT) team to lead planning and delivery of property and construction initiatives across the retail portfolio. You will define scope, develop schedules and budgets, and drive execution from kickoff to closeout in occupied environments where business continuity matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years managing commercial construction/facilities projects with multiple concurrent jobs and vendor oversight.
• Strong grasp of scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and change control; familiarity with estimating and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery with moderate guidance across internal teams and external partners.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, approvals; track commitments and actuals; implement cost controls and change management.
• Plan and execute construction in occupied retail settings with phasing, off-hours work, access, and logistics to minimize disruption.
• Own risk, issue, and dependency management; identify impacts and drive mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership through clear communication, meeting facilitation, and mentoring; promote a collaborative team environment.
