Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Project Manager for the Retail Network Transformation (RNT) team to lead planning and delivery of property and construction initiatives across the retail portfolio. You will manage scope, schedules, budgets, risk, and quality while coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget results in occupied environments.

• Experience delivering commercial construction/facilities projects, incl. occupied retail environments.
• Familiarity with estimating, project controls, construction administration, and logistics planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery with scope, stakeholder alignment, contractor engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, approvals; track commitments and actuals; apply cost controls.
• Plan and execute construction in occupied retail settings with phasing, off-hours work, access/logistics, and stakeholder comms.
• Own risk, issue, and dependency management; mitigate impacts and escalate when needed.
• Provide leadership through clear communication, meeting facilitation, and team mentorship.
