You will manage leasing activities, address tenant concerns, and help develop effective property management policies and procedures. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office is important.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience, with a focus on retail properties.
• Experience with property management software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• A proactive, professional approach with excellent relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of retail properties
• Work closely with vendors to ensure compliance with service contracts and performance standards
• Ensure properties adhere to owner policies, procedures, applicable codes, regulations, and governmental requirements
• Oversee leasing activities and support strong tenant relationships
• Address and resolve tenant concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement effective property management policies and procedures
• Assist with CAM administration and related responsibilities
• Handle additional property management duties and special projects as needed
