Job summary

Vestar is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in San Diego to support daily operations, tenant relations, and reporting. The role involves assisting the Property Manager with lease administration, financials, and property maintenance coordination to maximize property performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in retail/commercial property management, a 4-year degree preferred, and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and independence.

Qualifications

• 4-year College Degree preferred and 2-4 years retail/commercial property management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with daily operations of assigned property.
• Support in rent collection processes and vendor invoice coding.
• Prepare monthly reports, lease abstracts, and estoppel certificates.
