Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Marketing Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and implement promotional marketing projects for retail stores and distribution centers. You will work with Graphics, Pricing, Merchandise, Inventory, and Store Operations to ensure accurate ads, signage, and effective promotions.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, data entry accuracy, and excellent organization and communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in data entry and 10-key.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end retail sale event creation process.
• Collaborate with Graphics, Pricing, Merchandise to ensure accurate ads and signage.
• Coordinate stock planning with Inventory Management for stores and DCs.
• Lead team meetings for each sale event and coordinate field communications.
• Oversee signage creation, proofing, distribution, and coordination with printers/UPS.
• Maintain project checklists and support invoice communications.
• Assist with flyer creation and promotional materials for Grand Opening events.
