Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cost estimating preconstruction or retail construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes including site work, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers during initial planning stages based on tenant criteria.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets with internal and external teams.
• Negotiate tenant lease criteria and review landlord construction documents for compliance.
• Monitor tenant review and approval processes for landlord documents.
• Manage tenant turnover and delivery of premises and closeout procedures.
• Prepare milestone reports and budget revisions for stakeholders.
