Job summary

Cyntergy is seeking a Retail Architect to oversee architectural design and project delivery for retail programs. You will lead design, document production, and client interfaces, ensuring high quality across budgets and timelines.

The role requires substantial experience, strong leadership, and expertise in AutoCAD and Revit. You will mentor staff while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver winning retail solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
• Ability to prepare proposals including estimating fees.
• Expertise in architecture design and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of current design trends and sustainable practices.
• LEED knowledge is a plus.
• Strong mentoring capabilities for junior staff.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; Outlook and MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and oversee project delivery from concept to documentation.
• Interface with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee prototype development, change management, and documentation.
• Apply codes and standards to ensure compliant, high-quality work.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and team communications across projects.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver cohesive design solutions.
• Estimate design fees and define scope for proposals and contracts.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams as needed.
• Support client presentations and, when required, marketing activities.
