Responsibilities

• Creates construction documents (CDs) ensuring compliance with standards.
• Manages project through the contract administration phase.
• Coordinates engineering consultant’s work for compliance.
• Manages contract administration budget for assigned projects.
• Conducts client interviews to determine technical requirements.
