Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village, Wyoming, seeks a Retail Programs Coordinator for the winter season to oversee a segment of retail operations and staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, branding consistency, and budget alignment.

The role reports to the Assistant General Manager and requires at least 2 years in retail operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. Enjoy a robust benefits package and access to mountain perks in a premier ski destination.

Qualifications

• Snowcloud experience and knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
• High school or GED.
• Minimum 2 years previous experience in retail operations.

Responsabilités

• Manage MSS referral program including reporting, orders, and Mountain Money processing.
• Organize and execute all Employee Orders and Industry Pro Orders for JH Sports employees.
• Manage Special Orders and warranties for JH Sports.
• Maintain strong vendor and sales rep relationships for seamless Warranty, Employee Purchase, and Special-Order programs.
• Manage UPS account and handle all shipping for JH Sports.
• Order Retail, Rental, and Repair department supplies for JH Sports.
• Maintain store safe including daily counts and making change.
• Inventory control and help with bi-annual physical inventory process.
• Maintains store presentation to meet all retail and rental visual standards.
• Assists in beginning of season set-up and end of season breakdown.
• Assist in daily operations of stores.
• Help all JH Sports managers in training, managing, and motivating staff.
