Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for Jackson Hole Sports in Teton Village, WY. You will oversee a retail area, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure top guest service and inventory control for the winter season.

Experience in ski retail, POS knowledge, and strong organizational skills are required. This full-time, winter-seasonal role offers benefits and the chance to work near the slopes.

Qualifications

• Experience in ski retail operations is essential.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems is required.
• Familiarity with the ski/snowboard industry is expected.
• Strong organization and time-management skills are needed.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs is required.
• Management experience (2+ years) preferred.
• Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific area of retail operations and staff to meet guest service and sales goals.
• Train staff on Snowcloud usage and store procedures.
• Develop and implement staff training programs to exceed expectations.
• Manage schedules and timecards for area staff.
• Oversee inventory and merchandising to support store reputation.
• Coordinate with buying and merchandising for product placement.
• Assist in promotional events and seasonal setup.
