Savers is seeking a Production Manager for its Vienna, Virginia location. You will lead the production team, manage pricing and merchandising, and drive store performance in line with company goals.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, and ensuring a safe, efficient workflow. Training will occur at the Woodbridge store before the Vienna opening, reflecting the company’s growth and commitment to seamless transitions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Results-driven retail store management or industrial management experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production process and supervise the team across production and sales areas.
• Ensure items are priced correctly, merchandised well, and stock is available.
• Coach and assess staff performance; set work pace and monitor workflow.
• Act as manager on duty when needed and support store leadership.
