Qualifications

• High School diploma; post-secondary degree preferred.
• Results-driven store management or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and store operations, ensuring correct pricing and display.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisor and team members daily.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance with a values‑driven approach.
