Job summary

Savers, Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for our Sterling, VA location. You will oversee the entire production process and supervise the production team to ensure items are priced and merchandised correctly to drive store performance.

As a salaried manager, you will contribute to staffing plans, training, and achieving financial targets while maintaining a safe, compliant, and customer-focused environment. Training will be conducted at Woodbridge prior to opening the Sterling store.

Qualifications

• Results-driven retail store management, or industrial management experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management and direction of the production process, along with leadership of the team, in accordance with all policies and laws.
• Plan staffing needs and coordinate recruitment, selection and training.
• Regularly observe, assess, interact, coach and counsel supervisors and team members.
• Identify and develop high potential supervisors and team members through on-the-job guidance.
• Maintain a respectful values-driven workplace and provide candid feedback.
• Fulfill manager on duty responsibilities and oversee the entire store when assigned.

Education

Post-secondary degree preferred
