Job summary

Krispy Kreme is hiring an Assistant Manager in Augusta, GA to partner with the General Manager and drive a WOW customer experience. You will support shop operations, lead a team, and develop staff to prepare for future general manager roles.

You will oversee product knowledge, promotions, cash handling, inventory, and filming a culture of teamwork while maintaining sanitation and a guest-first focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of experience in a food service or retail role.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and build a team through coaching, measurement and teamwork.
• Assist General Manager in recruiting, training, onboarding and dispute resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions.
• Assist with in-shop accounting functions including cash handling, reporting, deposits and inventory control.
• Ensure equipment and resources are operational (production equipment, POS, retail and drive-thru).
• Maintain shop sanitation and cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster inclusive culture.
