Job summary

The Associate I, Retail Production at Goodwill of Colorado will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This includes pricing and testing guidelines as required.

The Associate ensures the sales floor is well stocked, organized, and presentable to customers. They may interact with customers, provide excellent service, and rotate stock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow company standards.
• Ability to use basic technologies to perform tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process donated items and sort by type to determine placement on the sales floor.
• Price, test, tag, and prepare items for sale according to standards.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked sales floor and respond to customer questions.
• Assist with cross-area duties including dry goods, housewares, books, electronics as needed.
• Follow all safety and policy procedures and support continuous improvement.
