Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to process and sort donated items, pricing them for the sales floor and ensuring organized stock. The role may involve interactions with customers and requires attention to detail to maintain quality standards.

The position offers a day shift from 10:00 to 17:00, Sunday through Thursday, and requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced store environment. Daily Pay option is available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and KPI targets for assigned duties.
• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.) including season, color and quality.
• Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare items for sale on the sales floor.
• Inspect and quick test items (plug-in or battery) to ensure good working condition.
• Price items according to Goodwill quality/value standards and research as needed.
• Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
• Rotate or pull old or unsold product to refresh selection.
