Job summary

The Associate I, Retail Production at Goodwill of Colorado will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items to determine which items go to the sales floor. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• One year of retail experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, supervisors, staff, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and KPI expectations.
• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.).
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Inspect and quick test items to ensure they work (plug-in or battery).
• Price items according to quality/value standards and research as needed.
• Keep production and sales floor areas organized and merchandised.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer product questions.
• Refresh product selection by rotating or pulling items as needed.
• May assist with processing e-commerce products.
