Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado in Durango, CO is hiring an Associate I, Retail Production to process donated items, price and prepare them for the sales floor, and provide friendly customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, stock the floor, assist customers, and may handle E-commerce duties.

A high school diploma is preferred and 1 year of retail experience is a plus; willingness to lift/move items and operate dolly/pallet jack.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated items to stock the sales floor.
• Price, tag, and prepare items for sale.
• Inspect items for functionality and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and staff.
• Operate dolly or pallet jack as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
