Job summary

Thrift World is seeking a dedicated Retail Production Associate to help sort, process, and prepare donations for sale in a fast-paced thrift environment. You will support customers on the shop floor and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and employee discount; training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or production experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing duties.
• Customer service aptitude and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Sort through donations to determine quality and value.

• Stock shelves and racks with merchandise.
