Job summary

Gap is seeking an Assistant Manager in Willow Grove, PA to drive profitable sales growth through store operations, merchandising, and talent development. You will support execution of the store strategy with the General Manager and coach Leads to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

You will recruit, develop, and manage Brand Associates, Experts, and leadership as you ensure efficient operations and omni-channel excellence while maintaining brand standards and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
