Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership or related role.
- Hands-on product management in the retail industry.
- Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities based on goals and customer needs.
- Gather requirements from retail stakeholders, customers, and business teams.
- Translate requirements into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate sprint planning with Engineering, Design, and QA.
- Work with development teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and new features.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer feedback.
- Lead product demonstrations, UAT, release planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify opportunities to improve retail operations and customer experience.
- Collaborate with merchandising, inventory, e-commerce, supply chain, and store ops.
