Job summary

Rysun Labs Inc. in Houston seeks an experienced Infra Product Manager to drive product strategy for IT infrastructure and technology initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, refine backlogs with Product Owners, and plan sprints to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into features and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and measurable success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management or IT project delivery.
• Proven experience leading both technical and non-technical teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and app development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices, backlog mgmt, sprint planning, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop roadmaps, project plans, and execution strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans for IT infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering to manage backlogs, prioritize features, refine user stories, and plan sprints.
• Lead cross-functional teams including software and infrastructure engineers, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage infrastructure and application development initiatives across cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, data centers, and virtualization.
• Translate business and technical requirements into features, delivery plans, milestones, and success criteria.
• Evaluate solutions with architecture teams, manage dependencies, and improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall as needed to support delivery.
• Monitor delivery metrics, risks, budgets, and resources for timely execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate roadmaps, priorities, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure services and product delivery.

We are seeking a Product Manager – IT Infrastructure with experience in technical product management, infrastructure modernization, and Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams, architects, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans for IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to manage backlogs, prioritize features, refine user stories, and plan sprints.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising software engineers, infrastructure engineers, database specialists, DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Manage complex infrastructure and application development initiatives involving cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, data centers, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
• Translate business and technical requirements into product features, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
• Work with architecture and engineering teams to evaluate technical solutions, manage dependencies, and improve system performance, scalability, and security.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies to support effective planning and product delivery.
• Monitor delivery metrics, project progress, risks, budgets, and resource requirements to ensure timely execution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure services, technical processes, and product delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical product management, IT project/program management, or infrastructure technology delivery.
• Proven experience managing technical and non-technical teams across complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and application development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices, backlog management, sprint planning, requirements gathering, and prioritization.
• Demonstrated ability to develop product roadmaps, project plans, and execution strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, enterprise networking, data centers, and infrastructure modernization.
• Familiarity with Jira, Microsoft Project, ITSM, and project management tools.
• CSM, CSPO, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
