Job summary

Rysun Labs in Houston, TX, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive strategy, development, and delivery of software products. You will work with customers, stakeholders, engineering, design, QA, and leadership to identify opportunities, define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver measurable value.

The role requires 3+ years in product management, deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum, and experience with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management/Product Ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, roadmap, backlog, and requirements management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Technical/software product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather requirements and translate them into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, product releases, and UAT.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance.
• Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.

• Understanding of APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and software architecture.
• Experience with product analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar platforms.
• Experience working directly with customers and conducting product demos.
• Technical background or experience working with engineering teams is a plus.
