Job summary

Epicor, located in the greater Chicago area, is seeking a Product Manager to translate business needs into clear product requirements and drive outcomes across a large-scale retail environment.

You will gather requirements, support release planning, partner with development teams, and help resolve product and system challenges. Regular travel to a strategic partner campus is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate partner, customer, and internal stakeholder requirements into product specs for development teams.
• Manage product projects through release cycles from planning to pilot support.
• Serve as daily product liaison for a strategic retail partner and maintain alignment.
• Analyze product, system, and data issues across POS, inventory, order mgmt, and related workflows.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues and ensure successful product adoption.
• Champion customer and partner needs and mobilize resources to move initiatives forward.
• Support new development efforts by clarifying requirements and preparing teams for changes.
