You will own the Epicor ERP end-to-end, improving performance, adoption, scalability, and business impact, while eliminating manual workarounds and data silos.

Responsibilities

• Own the Epicor ERP platform end-to-end including performance, adoption, scalability.
• Define and execute the Epicor roadmap based on business impact and ROI.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align system capabilities with needs.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement system-driven solutions.
• Lead deployment and optimization of MRP, planning, and shop floor execution.
• Establish data integrity standards across BOMs, routings, inventory, and costing.
• Consolidate workflows into Epicor, reducing manual processes.
• Provide direction for system configuration, reporting, and enhancements.
• Establish governance for changes, prioritization, and releases.
• Drive user adoption through training alignment and process standardization.
