Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member FT for the Centralized Processing site in Fort Worth. The role involves sorting, pricing, and moving donated merchandise, with shift from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at 4005 Campus Drive.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and reading/writing skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Sorts, hangs, and categorizes merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Uses pallet jack/hand jack, flat bed or dolly to move product to work and to shipping areas.
• Meets daily production quotas and maintains station efficiency.
• Performs cleaning functions and follows Kaizen processes.
