HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience at our Blue Bell location. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help customers find products.

In this role you will handle checkout, maintain cleanliness, support loss prevention, and participate in store recovery throughout the day. Flexibility with scheduling is required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
