Responsibilities

• Deliver highly satisfied customer experiences by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for sales floor following standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
